Estefanía's career brings together three worlds that make the difference in property: strategy, entrepreneurship and investment.
After she started investing in property in 2018, she saw first-hand that many investors want their capital to work for them but lack the time and the local knowledge that today's market demands. As Head of Investments & Growth, she combines rigorous analysis of the market in the Valencia region, spotting assets with high potential for appreciation, with a full service for her clients, from choosing the property to getting it ready and running it, with returns of up to 12%. She knows letting from the inside: she has been an Airbnb Superhost for more than seven years.
Her career began in advertising in Madrid, working for brands such as Trucco, Pablosky and Telefónica, a period that taught her to connect with people and position brands with a strategic eye. She later set up her own business in education and then moved into property, which has brought her to where she is today.
David Incertis
Head of Operations & Technology
Behind the operations, quality and technology at Casa Niu is David Incertis, Head of Operations & Technology. At Casa Niu, he turns property management into an agile, automated and transparent process.
He personally handles quality control on the ground (inspections, maintenance and cleaning) while putting in place the technology that connects the rental platforms (Booking, Airbnb) and produces clear reports, so that clients are always informed without having to worry about the day-to-day.
A chemical engineer by training, David previously built a solid track record managing large-scale projects: from coordinating European programmes in Mediterranean ports (FEPORTS) to heading production at Dr Collector for global brands such as Netflix and Universal Pictures.

What does management include?

Is my property suitable for holiday letting?
It depends on the location, the type of property and the regulations that apply to it. We go through it with you and tell you which option fits best: holiday, long-term or room-by-room rental.
How much does it cost?
Holiday rental management starts at 12% of the income from each booking, depending on the plan you choose. The details are under Pricing; once we have assessed your property we send you a firm proposal, with no obligation.
Does it need to be furnished?
No. If needed, we take care of furnishing and styling so it is ready to welcome guests.
Can I use my home whenever I want?
Yes. It is your home: you block the dates you want for yourself in the calendar and we let it the rest of the time.
